"Charming boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and appointed, with friendly attentive staff. Situated on a beautiful street which has a night food market at one end each night. My only regret is that I don’t stay longer. The laundry service and tour booking were also excellent. "

"We loved the location in the center of Hue and that we could look up into the sky to find our way back. The hotel is also about a mile from the Imperial City so we were able to walk there easily. We like to walk when possible to feel the city. The views from our room were incredible. The breakfast buffet was quite good."

"Great hotel in a nice, quiet area in Hue. The staff was amazing also. I booked only 1 night. But that first night there I had a medical emergency - kidney stone attack - and the night manager rushed me to the international hospital’s ER in town for treatment. He even stuck around with me longer than he needed to ensure I was ok and made sure I had a room for the next day once I was discharged. Excellent level of service and hospitality, kind staff, and a clean, quiet and beautiful hotel!"

"We loved our time at Hue Riverside Villa and would recommend highly as a great place to stay in Hue. The location is excellent and it's wonderful to watch the sunset from the patio over the river. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and even the laundry service exceeded our expectations! A La Carte breakfast was really delicious too. "

"The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was excellent - comfy bed, good bath/shower space with amenities. The pool and garden area were clean and well maintained, with a nice selection of food and beverages from the pool bar. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with many Vietnamese, Asian, and Western choices that varied each day. "Didn’t stay at all, after viewing the property and the room we decided to find another hotel , the property is not reachable by Grab car, you have to walk a dirty alleyway. The bathroom didn’t deserve that name it was more a third world washroom. No fridge in the room. Hopefully we get some kind of refund as we didn’t stay there."
