"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Hotel is on Times Square, so yes, there were shops near buy. The roving bands of shop lifters was disco, but they left people alone. I’m not sure with all the dope being smoked that I’d consider New York City family friendly. "

"Better, newer, more quiet than Millenium Broadway next door. Has lounge all time beverage. As Broadway Front Desk they dont have courtesy to admit that they dont have facility available but still charging facility fee to guests. Thankful for Hector's courtesy and helpful info."
