Pro tip: use your room phone to call valet parking as you are leaving your room. That way your call should be waiting for you when you get to the lobby. The only negatives I encountered during a recent stay: - It usually takes several calls to get someone to answer at the front desk or Six Seven restaurant. This happened whether...

"When we booked this hotel, it advertised free breakfast, but that wasn't the case. it was disappointing, but it didn't ruin are stay. Great location. will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Location was a quick and easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast options were great and plenty of seating in the breakfast room. "

"Very clean room, the bathroom was nicely remodeled. It was a very basic and small room with not much space but fit the needs for a one night stay after a flight. The breakfast was not very enticing so I would recommend considering other options for breakfast if you wanted something healthy. "

"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"Everything was wonderful, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The only thing that could’ve made the experience better was if room service was available and if there were robes in the room. Very nitpicky, I know, but those were the only downsides to a wonderful stay. Would absolutely stay here again. "
