We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). The room was very small, double bed pushed against the wall. Meant climbing over the bed to get in and for over £200 a night not acceptable 😡

Honestly a very large room for London. Not much of a view from my room but a good trade off as it made the room very quiet at night. Having access to a small kitchen was really nice. 24/7 front desk and they were all really friendly
