"This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Chicago! Right in the heart of downtown. Within walking distance to Millennial Park and all the shops on Michigan Avenue. Only 35 minutes from O’Hare. The staff were courteous and the hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!"

Jock was at the checkout desk he went outside to grab a cab for us and even loaded our luggage!!!! Excellent customer service, we will return again next Christmas shopping season. The"
