"Very quiet and everything from booking to checkout was easy and efficient. The room was great and very spacious and modern. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities, but from what I saw, it is fully equipped. "

"Bedroom was stiffling hot and although it was a superior room, there was no air con. A large unit which could have been a ventilator, was totally ineffectual. For what we paid, expected air con. Also didn't like having to walk outside to another building to have breakfast."

"The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful. But there is no AC so we couldn’t sleep. They brought us fans and even after we switched to the main building and paid more where they said there was AC there was not. It’s a temperature regulator - not AC. The fans helped but it was not cool for sleeping. Everything else about the hotel was nice."

"The hotel is overall quite good for the price. It's a bit of a ways from the city center but it's an easy train ride of maybe 20 minutes or so. They have paid washers and dryers (with an app), so that is very convenient. The gym is also pretty good, as was the breakfast. My only complaints are that the "self-service" check-in kiosks are a bit of a pain and honestly take much longer than just checking in with a human being. Also, there are lots of cool amenities such as an outdoor terrace on...

"Rooms only cleaned if you ask for device at the front desk. Pillows are thin but you can get extra at front desk. Breakfast is filling but limited variety. 5 minute walk to U bahn and shopping center. Towels are small and worn no shampoo or conditioner or soap provided in shower. No room safe and minimal cupboard space. I would stay at Novotel or Motel One for next visit that are at U bahn and shopping mall for a future visit"
