"Really enjoyed the Onsen at this hotel, as well as the breakfast and the hotel restaurant for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. The view from the room was quite nice too, we faced the water from a high floor."

"It’s a value for money stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel offers eco cleaning, with full cleaning every alternate day, so if you stay for 2 nights, there will only be eco cleaning where a clean bag of towels and amenities including water is provided. There are two restaurants offering Japanese and western breakfast which you will need to decide which one, and time you will go for breakfast at check in. The restaurants can be crowded and be prepared to wait in line even with you appointed time. The food is worth the wait, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the amount of fresh seafood and tempura awaits the diner. The only think I needs a lot of improvement is the wifi, it is not stable and sometimes not there. There is a good number of parking spaces for the guests, so even when you don’t get to park directly in the hotel, it is a few mins walk back to hotel which is fine."

"This was a great location so that I could take the morning bullet train to tokyo. Breakfast had a good choice and I even got a free curry dinner in the evening which was delicious and an unexpected treat. "

"No Smart tv is minus point, we had to bring bath towel from our room and its not convinient. they should prepare towels at sentou facility. Staffs were great. the location was great. "

"Located right next to the train station in Hokuto, making it easy to take the short, local train into Hakodate or the Shinkansen to anywhere in Japan. The breakfast buffet kept us going until 6 pm."

"Room was very nice, and clean. Amenities were spot on and hotel service was great! Only issue was the bed. The bed was pretty firm however it is not a valid reason to take away a star! "
