"The staff were experienced and kind. We’re English-Speaking and there was no issues with a language barrier. Room was clean and spacious compared to other accommodations. I loved that we had a washer/dryer combo. We stayed here five nights into our trip, so doing laundry was great. We decided to walk from the station to the hotel, which was over 15 minutes. Since we were carrying luggage, we used the bus to get back when we checked out."

"スマホをタクシーに忘れてきてしまい、スタッフの方に相談した所、親身になって探してくださいました、また警察へ遺失物の届けを出す時も付き添って下さり、とても助かりました。 結局、スマホは帰宅してからGPSのアプリで探し出す事が出来て、遺失物届けを出した警察より郵送して頂きました。 やっと手元に戻ってきたスマホを見る度、 アパホテルのスタッフの方々が寄り添って親切にしてくださったからだと感謝でいっぱいの気持ちになります。 本当にありがとうございましたm(_ _)m"
