"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "We were very happy with our stay. Although a minor issue came up on our last night, the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. The hotel's location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Even though there was no front desk on site, they handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again."

"4/5 stars. Would stay again.
Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

Shower needs grab bars and soap holder.
There is no loading area when loading or unloading luggage.
