"The male (of a certain race) that checked us in looked right past me and greeted my husband when I walked thru the door first and would only deal with him. Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! "Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit."

"Always a pleasure to stay at Sunley: modern and clean for a correct price. It was more than a year ago since my last stay and I noticed little things in the room started to show some wear and tear. I suggest this get tackled before it’s too late and goes downhill. It’s little thinks like a shower door that doesn’t close perfectly or a noisy bathroom fan. Nothing major, but better to deal with it before standards slip."
