"Booked a room. The room had a broken blind that wouldnt close, fine. Switched rooms. New room (#4) has huge gap in the door when closed allowing any bugs, sound, and light to come thru. Fixed the broken blind in original room and moved me back there again. The staff at the motel was fine and nice people. The check in process is absolutely terrible!!! using a virtual kiosk desk to talk to someone in India. It took me well over an hour to actually get checked in, including waiting for the room...

"Palm Court Motel was amazing! It was very clean, well organized, had everything I needed it. Great amenities, including a pool and perfect location, 5 minutes from Honeymoon Island Beach. Staff was helpful and informative. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. It was like being in regular hotel, but better. It was quiet throughout the day and night. Overall, a great experience. Very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely book here again.

"While the room was very cute and we loved it, the customer service was horrible. We ran out of toilet paper, were not given instructions for wifi and I tried to call the number provided but no answer. I messaged Saturday afternoon twice then again Sunday evening to ask why we were not being answered. They finally answered when I bugged them Sunday evening.
No one was in the office the 5 days of my stay.
We were told they use to hand out parking passes for guests so I was trying to find out....
