"Im pissed i have videos and pictures of bugs crawling on the bed when my son is sleeping bugs all over the walls clogged sink hair everywhere cigarettes burns all over the tub and room was not cleaned right before we went to bed i called the office and wanted a new room with late check out the gave me a new room but no late check put which is absolutely unreasonable due to spending all our time in the dirty room only sleeping and having to check out the new room i need a free stay or my money...

"The check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was very worn and in need of updating. The entire space was not very nice nor did it feel clean. I walked around in the room and my white socks were filthy. I felt the need to wear shoes for the remainder of my stay. People were constantly smoking cigarettes and Marijuana outside of my room subjecting me to the strong smell of it in my room. If you can afford to stay somewhere else I would do so. I wouldn't...

"We checked in at 3 AM when we got up in the morning to take a shower. There was no hot water. We went down to the office and asked if we could change rooms and they let us know that they’re boiler was out and everybody was just dealing with it we asked for a refund and they have refused to give us our money back. We were supposed to stay for six nights and we were only stayed one and had to get a different motel. I will never go back to this Hotel. they were also only supposed to take $54 when...

"It is clean motel. The owners try to take care of it. It is visible. However, the impression was broken by the heavy smell of old and wet house, probably mold, in the room, steaky floors, and old blanket coverings, yaky to touch. For some reason the receptionist gave us the room for handycapped people although we are not and didn't ask about. We choose this hotel because of 9 stars reviews but in my opinion these reviews were bought. This is motel, not hotel. And this is good, but not wonderful....
