Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days) Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments" Staff were very friendly and cheerful"

"We had a very enjoyable three days stay. We had a 'Signature Double' room which was large with a King bed and a very large bathroom with a sea view. The breakfast was very good. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff the same. They have a large car park. The hotel is just a short walk to the sea front."

"This hotel as no car parking ,so across the road £11 a night ,also there is no drawer space to put your clothes only a wardrobe"

"The owners were so lovely took time to come and speak with us, interested in what we had planned. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Nice to have the outdoor pool, with pool towels, attention to detail was the best. Pre ordered breakfast meant it was quick and hot. Would totally recommend this hotel x"

"A gem of a place. Room was 100% and the breakfast kept me going all day. Location is 150 metres away from the main street. I now know where I am stopping next time I am in Paignton. Very highly recommended."
