"My sister and I stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly.
The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage!
Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices."

"The hotel is a little old and dated, but the staff were friendly and helpful (although at breakfast we were initially told that your name/room number was not on the list - an issue that was quickly corrected). We were in a disabled room (I had specifically requested a ground floor room which the hotel promptly agreed to, although we didn't specifically require the disabled facilities).
