"The room was sad with stained curtains falling off of the rod, a bent screen in the window, streaked mirror, and a hair dryer that did not work. Despite this, the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable, so we did sleep well. The staff were friendly and did care that the room we ended up in was one that has not been renovated."

"Pretty much what you'd expect. Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant."

2/10 Terrible

"The fire alarm went off at 11;45 (no problem) but then there was zero communication about it. The worker never spoke to any of the guest nor was there an update. In the morning I went to take a shower and there was a zero hot water. When I went up to the front desk the worker told me that when the maintaince guy came in she would send him to our room. I asked what time she was unable to give me a time. I asked for another to shower in she refused me another room. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable. I asked for a number she ran out of business cards. I left my number for the manager and I am still waiting. Side note: my daughter found a spider in the bathroom. The free breakfast was a dirty and messy, no one was restocking or cleaning. Obviously I will not be staying there again and will be contacting cooperate ."
