"The place is so cute and lots of history! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great porch for sitting out on. Bed and room very comfortable. I’d love to come back!"

"Pool was closed . The pictures online are rather old. Door manual lock was broken off . The sheets had stains on them. Could smell the illegal substances being smoked , to the point of coughing . Will not be going back to this hotel ."

"It was a great place the room was like a mini apartment and had everything you would need. The whole place was clean the staff very friendly and the best breakfast ive had from any hotel. It was also walking distance to a very nice Walmart and several places to eat. The only complaint i have is the pool was outside and not open other than that i would most definitely recommend it."

"This hotel is located in a huge outdoor shopping mall, a safe area with ample parking and several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel, however, has very outdated and noisy room air conditioner units. There is no complementary breakfast. You must pay for it. It has no coffee or tea in the lobby throughout the day. You must purchase it during their cafe hours. They do have a bar open after 5pm but it is limited in the wine selection. They have lots of room for improvement."

"Only thing I would change would be a table with USB and/or electric plugs between the 2 beds. Otherwise, it was wonderful."

"The hotel needs a lot of updates and general repairs to the rooms. It is in a convenient location, however, it is very close to train tracks with trains that can go by loudly a few times thru the night. The rooms open to the outside parking lot with stairs to the 2nd floor. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was ok. If room improvements were made this may counter the issue with the trains going by so close to the hotel. "

"The room is very outdated - definitely needs updating. The shower is really bad and the carpet is horrible. On a positive note - the staff is friendly and the free breakfast is great. "

"We enjoy our stay every time we are in Oxford for baseball tournaments. The double bed rooms are NICE in size. I love the long counter and shelves in the room."

"I dont have one complaint....Exceptional staff. Facilities and rooms are well maintained. Nice pool area. Tucked back off main thoroughfare so not much traffic noise. "

"Beautiful lobby. Wonderful welcoming staff. Great location, steps away from the university. Beds not super comfortable. Attention to the dust in the rooms (corners etc.) could be improved. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help...
