"Clean rooms and polite staff, very welcoming"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the road construction in the traffic diversion trying to find the hotel after we could see it for about three different times going by."

Downside - I booked as it was advertised as budget but there are all the hidden extras. No kettles or tea/coffee in rooms - that you had to pay for but the hot water downstairs was complimentary which you had to carry upstairs if you...

"The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless."

"We were given a room upgrade which was nice however that room turned out to be extremely noisy. It was a bank holiday so understandable during the afternoon and night time but the music went on until 2am. There was also an issue with the bath, the plug was stuck so we could not drain the water. The parking situation is a bit strange and rather pricey too."
