"Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast!"

"This hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The furniture is all beat up, and the rugs are incredibly musty and old. If you have sinus issues, you should avoid this place. Loud traffic noise from outside, too. I did give a star for the bed being comfortable."

"Staff very nice. Room clean. Fairly new looking bathroom with shower stall. In room was a counter with very small microwave, new refrigerator and a cute little sink. The carpet was very outdated. Room overall very plain. Mattress was ok. Just blinds on the window so light easily comes in. Only one lock on door knob-would feel safer with a dead bolt or a chain."

"We enjoyed our stay in an Adventure tent. Very comfortable bed. Just enough of a camping feel with the conveniences of a high end hotel. Super-fresh granola in the morning. The club house is spacious and modern with two showers in the bathroom. Unfortunately only one was working and had to wait. Great for young families."

"Great location, free parking although a five minute walk away, bed was wicked comfortable. My room did not have a full length mirror, we were there for a wedding, so that was a little bit disappointing. My daughter’s room had one so we just use that. I stayed for two days but they contacted me one day after I got home saying I needed to pay more money cause I was there for three days when I was only there for two nights. But they corrected it. I would stay there again."

"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"My stay at Iris was great. The pool was nice and warm, the receptionists were really helpful, and the location was perfect. Not only is there a great view from the front door, you’re located 4-5 minutes away from Main Street Falmouth. The receptionist helped me extend my stay and I got to stay in the same room with no issues or hassle. The only thing that is keeping this from 5 stars, was after I long night out on my first day, I had put a do not disturb sign on my door so I could catch up on...

"Beautifully maintained property with lots of quaint outdoor areas. Within Walking distance to everything."

"Resort overall was scenic and the beach was very good. Unfortunately checkin was less than acceptable. Check in was 4pm, didnt get room til 6:30 and there were still many people waiting for their room to be cleaned. To be fair the mgr on duty did waive the resort fee, when prompted. Observed same issue all 3 days we were there. "

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...
