"Not a bad property and a good location but there's a fee to park in their parking lot and a charge they said was not optional for you to get a couple of drinks in the on site bar. But these were not mentioned in this booking so my bill was more than I expected. It just feels like a way to pad the bill a bit. I don't appreciate charges later that weren't expected. Probably will stay elsewhere next time at a property that upfront and transparent about fees and costs."
"Every time we go to Spokane, we stay here. We love the everything about this hotel; the staff, the breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely staying there every time we go. "
"We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."
"Stayed for a week n a half. I had to call the front desk every single day, cause they neglected to clean the room every day until the next to last day I was there after I started making noise at the front desk. Trash piled up. Ran out of toilet paper, coffee station neglected, etc. They didn't care and they refused to do any discounts or refunds. If that wasn't bad enough, the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. 2+ inches of gross foam and a thick nasty brown ring around the water line. The bartender at 3 peaks was the one redeeming thing about the place. He was a fantastic bartender."
"There was a minor mistake at check in, and without prompting I was given a beautiful suite. The entire hotel is beautifully restored and decorated. The bar and restaurant are in the center area and had good energy of people both during the day and evening. Feels very elegant and nostalgic. The immediate surrounding around the same block aren’t very interesting, but it’s a quick flat walk just a couple blocks to be right it the mall and the river. "
"I was there for a short stay before heading to the airport. Loved that I could have a glass of wine by the many fire pit areas and read a book the evening before flying out. Gorgeous and relaxing before a 3:00 am departure. Breakfast (muffins and fresh fruit, as well as coffee) available before 3am and was very thoughtful. "
"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for a first trip to Spokane, with Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park within walking distance."
