"The check-in was a breeze. Rooms were very spacious comfortable. Pool area was excellent large room. I would probably give this hotel a 100 percent rating.. If it weren't for the breakfast."

"The room was fine except for the shower having problems and the traffic noise. Breakfast was good. I did find it a bit annoying that there was a sign by check in that said treats for you which were treats for dogs"

"Very nice stay"

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."

"The usual 3-4 star hotel, on the level with most Hilton properties these days. Very clean, Good size room. Awesome bed and sofa. Great TV & entertainment. You pay a bit more, but you get a bit more. The breakfast Wed-Sun is Superb, capitol S! [The back-up kitchen staff lets things slide a notch or two to "pretty good" on Mon & Tues when the food manager is off.] Overall, a very comfortable, and enjoyable 4-day stay."

"Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub very nice. Bed was comfortable. I liked the coffee maker in the room."

"The air conditioning socket doesn’t work, had to run a spot . The curtains were ripped up. The continental breakfast was a joke. There’s one bar soap for everything."

"The hotel is older and is maintained. The breakfast is a packaged breakfast you need to warm up. Not a lot of variety. Pool is in the hotel next door so had to walk outside to access."

"Rooms were clean and the staff were awesome. The surrounding are much left to be desired, but the hotel complex was safe and very nice."

"Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back."

"Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."
