"Booked this property on a Saturday to stay that night turned up there was people staying there that told us we have to phone the hotel so get the PIN code to get in so we did only to be told over the phone that there was no rooms available due to renovation so we asked for a refund n we’ve not received any refund whatsoever !!!! Nothing to say on the website about renovations, scammers avoid!"

"The only thing going for this place was the central location, near to historic sites and restaurants. The faults were many. It was advertised as a B&B, but breakfasts had ceased in June of this year. the room was shabby and claustrophobic. dust and grime were apparent throughout. the shower room was cramped and mould was apparent.
