"L’endroit est parfait pour y séjourner la veille d’un vol très tôt. L’hôtel se trouve à côté de la gare de train et offre un service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport. La chambre était très confortable."

"The staff wasn’t helpful. Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. Ended up using an uber to the airport rather than the shuttle because it was inconvenient."

"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"The check-in was very efficient and the staff upgraded us to a lovely corner room (great for our last night in Belgium and with an early wakeup to go to the airport). I think they felt badly for us because the airport shuttle is not a continuously running shuttle -- it takes a major break midday when air traffic is down. "Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!"

"We had a great stay in a beautiful area, perfect for walking around, with plenty of coffee shops, patisseries, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the daily housekeeping kept it very tidy, and the staff was consistently helpful. One small note on the breakfast quality: on consecutive days, I noticed flies around the open food, and I also saw a small fly inside the covered cake display."
