Parking is expensive, they've charged me for parking then i realized that i can park for free outside the hotel but they refused to refund my payment for parking fees although it was after 10 minutes from my check in!!!"

"The property is in a neighborhood that is kind of far from the airport and seems sketchy, and there were no stores or restaurants within walking distance. As an older woman alone, I would not feel safe walking around there. As a result I ate dinner from the vending machine.
Also, the traffic noise is VERY loud if you have a room that faces the street as I did. I also heard some guests talking or arguing really loud at 3:00 am! That was on a weeknight. It is probably worse on...

"Even though the WiFi was not working, the staff was extremely accommodating. My early check in fee was waived as well as overnight parking and I given a free drip coffee which was really good! My room was clean but it had a light smell of smoke, however I was very pleased with the awesome bay view! The indoor pool was and jacuzzi was also nice. I had a couple glasses of prosecco which were reasonably priced."
