I was in town for a convention and the hotel was about 30 feet from the center, walk out of the hotel and into the convention center in about ten seconds, eliminating for me the need for rideshare."

"While the check-in process went smoothly, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, we did run into a few issues. The property is well-kept and the staff is friendly, but the on-site kids' activities are quite expensive since there is zero discount for hotel guests, and the costs add up way too quickly. "This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"The staff was great, breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and everything worked like it's supposed to. We were there to visit the sites in the city and surrounding area, not have a hotel vacation, so it was perfect for what it is."

"Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money."
