"The hotel was beautiful in a great location , the complaints I had during our stay include the air kept turning off sounding like an old man coughing. I also used the hotel blow dryer and it caught on fire on me , my husband had to go to service desk for another ."

"Overpriced. No management on duty. Understaffed. No chair in room, no coffee in room and after asking for it twice had to go to the restaurant to get coffee to go. No remote in room. Windows filthy. Great concept and location but the most poorly run hotel I have ever experienced. Staff were helpful at front desk with what they had to work with. Management sorely lacking and should be restrained or replaced. I spent my professional life as an efficiency expert and quality control...

"The hotel was beautiful. I can not stress that enough. However, when we went to bed, we did not sleep well. The A/C kicked off in the middle of the night, the matress was not that comfortable, and the street traffic was loud. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is amazing"

"Our room was wonderful, clean, bed was comfortable.staff were nice. Bartender was great. Butter gooey cookies were amazing. Our main issue was the value of the valet parking. $55 night. They have an app to use to get your vehicles, took 40 minutes to retrieve our car the first morning we stayed. And 90 minutes when we checked out. The staff was working hard, but definitely needed more staff for the amount of people checking out for wanting their cars for odds and ends."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped."

"The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
