"Absolutely beautiful facilities. Room was so comfortable and we loved having space! A comfortable couch, fireplace, desk, chairs....It was just great. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was HUGE! "

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!"

"I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...

"The self pay being more expensive than valet did not make much sense but overall good place to stay. Roof top was nice to have and there was a food Court/ entertainment right across the street."

"There was a shoe print on the sheets. The bathtub was dirty. There was approximately a 3/8 inch gap between the door and the door frame to the outside which was letting in quite a bit of cold air. We were unable to increase the room temperature The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. We will not stay in a Red Roof Inn in the future. "

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."
