"the room wasn't what was booked, they did move us to another room. the toilet didn't work... we left the hotel. the front desk was helpful at first, then became unpleasant, and condescending. we left the hotel shortly after that."

"We liked the location of this hotel—it's right on campus or just across the street, making it feel safe and convenient. You’re only a couple of blocks away from fast food, Walgreens, and the bus, which was so convenient. The area feels regal and historic with beautifully manicured lawns, and everything was just as pictured. The air conditioning worked well, all the amenities were in place, and we really enjoyed the old-timey charm. The only minor suggestion I have is about the check-in process....

"Hotel was nice and quiet. Linens and bedding were very nice and comfortable. Check in and out were easy. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good. Right next door the the Siteman Cancer center which was very convenient"

"When I my room, it was filthy. There was riding on the bathroom shower.\n The lady behind the desk told me that there was no rooms available after I told her that I had paid online for it. Then she made me pay. An extra $10 for my friend of which I had already paid for all 3 of us, but she made me pay $10 more.Also , they said there was no visitors allowed. So overall , with the motel in the people that worked there , I am very dissatisfied"
