"Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean."

"The hotel overall was pleasant. The front desk clerk on check in was very helpful. We were able to check in early but didn't realize until we got to the room due to fatigue....that was a plus. "Poor check in experience for VIP access. Free wine bottle and upgraded room not offered until the next day after the Expedia check in review prompted it. No early check in available. A MURDER happened here right outside during our stay and all they would do is remove the ridiculous and extra destination fee."
