"Breakfast bar was good. Our room had hair in the drain when we arrived so I don’t think our room was cleaned properly. One set of elevators was out of service and the wait time for the working elevators was extremely long- sound 10 min. Normally I would understand but I was told from someone at the hotel that they had been out of service since before Christmas and we stayed in the middle of March. "

"- Mandatory “Urban Experience Fee” of $30 + tax per night was not disclosed prior to booking - Room was not cleaned (for a day) despite no DND sign and leaving in the morning - Room service knocked loudly at 8:30am (another day) and woke us up - Hotel ran out of bottled water - Window’s screw came out when opening window. Very old frame Overall, an initially delightful stay that ultimately disappointed. Would not come back"

"We pre-purchased the breakfast, but the options that they had were limited and overpriced. Everything was premade and frozen.. If we knew beforehand what was offered, we wouldn’t have purchased that."

"Room worked well for us. For an old hotel, things were surprisingly quiet. They do charge you an extra fee of $23 per day for facilities and WiFi. Housekeeping comes by daily and yet they didn’t refill the lotion bottle once. They do make the bed and restock towels. "

"The staff was wonderful. But the hotel is need of a renovation. Very shaggy—ripped upholstery in breakfast area, a couch that sinks uncomfortably when sitting on it, and banged up furniture and wood work. Hurts Hilton brand."

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "
