"Our stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay was fantastic. The property is fairly new, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favorite spots, especially with the bar right there. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. The beach was also great for walking. We loved strolling along the shoreline and seeing so many shells and bits of sea life along the way. It made for a really peaceful experience. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and a great highlight of the trip. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay."

"This was brilliant, and exceeded my expectations. Communication was great and everything was well-organised. Our cabin was very comfy and spacious, and the spa bath an added treat. Food was delicious and the excursions just right. I thought the drinks were not overpriced and happy hour made it even better. We were on the 1 night cruise, and we went to a quieter bay. I would definitely recommend this. "

"We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. The balcony view was excellent to see all the fireworks. The staff even gave us a gift for the Lunar New Yr! Breakfast was delicious too! We loved the modern decor and hip vibe of the hotel spaces.
