"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "The ambience of Hawaii really does a lot for this hotel. The property is old and starting to fall apart. The rooms are decent and have great views from the balconies, but the bathrooms are the type you will find at a motel. The hallways smell like vomit at random times of the day at night. The staff is very average. The food in the restaurant downstairs and the bar is very mediocre. "I would not stay there again. There is no central air conditioning. That was not mentioned on property description. The office is only open for a minimal amount of Hrs. They want you to throw out your own trash. The bed mattress were hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay there again. Ever"

"The room was cool and quiet. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available. The condo had a TV and Wi-Fi and games available to play. "Overall it’s a nice hotel, only complaint really is we booked a couples massage in the “spa” only to find out the spa is under construction and they just had massage tables set up in a hotel room which we weren’t aware of. We walked around lost for about 15 minutes looking for the spa and even the front desk people couldn’t tell us where it was just that it was in a room. "Breakfast was wonderful! Don’t be in a hurry! I was leary when I arrived in the dark…but fell in love with the place in the daylight! It was a great adventure! No glass windows…only screens. The frogs were loud…but slept so good! If you like noise machines, you will love it! The bedroom had a fan if needed. They had beach equipment to borrow if wanted.
