原先安排普通豪華房，但冷氣不夠，所以換左premium 房，雖然冷氣充足，但電視機居然係坐台式，這個有點失望！另外浴缸生銹，真的有待改善。至於室外泳池也很細，幸好限制15人，不然可能游不到水。 自助餐晚餐方面，雖然選擇不多，不過刺身有帶子，另有長腳蟹，以$750的價錢住宿包自助晚餐，相當超值。

Hotel staff and reception processes were quick and helpful, very good communication. Subway (Fortress Hill station), lots of eateries and other shops nearby. A few items in the room were quite used, however renovation seems to be underway. Shuttle bus to airport felt a bit expensive but was very useful. Hotel location felt safe w.r.t. protests. The hotel values guests' safety over image (complete staff started wearing masks when virus topic became big in the media) - big thumbs up. Would come again.

Very nice, I would recommend

Very nice stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure on the shower, good wifi speed. It's also very close to Fortress Hill MTR so it was easy to travel around the city. The room is quite big, compared to other places in HK so it made the stay even better.

When i first see the lobby i feel the price is worth but when i step in the room, i take back my words. The room is more dirty as i expected. Especially the toilet, i hope the hotel will pay more effort to improve. Anyway, with this price i have no more complaint.

立地条件だけが取り柄 !?

渡航期間中に小雨が降ってたが 不覚にも傘を携行しなかった。 部屋には宿泊客用の傘が無く、 フロントで部屋番号付で貸出。 ただ返却時には消込みが無く、 後から請求されるか心配です。 クローゼットの扉は外れてて、 コンシェルジェに伝えてたが、 結果的には直っていなかった。 エントランスの係員は携帯を、 熱中に操作して居る者が多く、 宿泊客自身が扉を開ける始末。 年々接客態度が低下している。
