"We stayed here while visiting Budapest and overall it was an okay budget stay, but there were definitely some frustrating parts. The biggest issue was the check-in process I spent almost two weeks trying to get the necessary information, and it kept getting mixed up right up until the day we arrived. "Highly disappointed. I had missed my earlier train n arrived at the place around 7.15pm. The app didnt work. I didnt recieved any code to access the door. It was getting dark. A lady stopped by to help and dialled all the numbers listed. Finally someone answered and opened the door. But it was just a plain wall i couldnt get in as didnt knew the room number.
