"Perfect location, but for the price, I expected a better customer service. After a 6.5 hours flight, had to wait at check in line another 2 hours, seriously? They have 12 elevators. We stayed on 7th floor. Many times waited 5min or more for the elevator. Oh and don't forget another $107 resort fee ..."
