Super Hotel, freundliches Personal. Valley hat gut funktioniert, es muss aber etwas mehr Zeit einbetechnet werdeen, bis das Auto geholt und vorgefahren wird.

This is a newer and very clean hotel in Honolulu. You will need to Uber into Waikiki Beach if you want to visit that area. The bumber about this hotel is that they don't have a pool which I didnt know until after I checked in otherwise I would have booked somewhere else. But, if you dont need a pool and don't mind being further from Waikiki Beach, then this is a good location.

Newer property in prime location for downtown Honolulu versus busy Waikiki. No resort fee was a perk. Staff, evening manager, Jose, was incredibly helpful. But all staff were wonderful. Valet is the way to go, although a little pricey. Pay for convenience.

Charges to my account should have been reviewed item by item. Instead Charges were never discussed. Charges for dining were much higher for the quality of food they provide.

Very nice new property that is good for solo travellers. The room layout without a traditional bathroom is odd, especially with the towels across the room from the shower. The hotel is well-appointed and the restaurant is good but very expensive. The neighbourhood seems to have fallen on hard times, but not unlike many American downtowns.

Parking was a bit of a tall order, we understand spacing is an issue. The hefty price by the affiliate guest parking should be at the most a quarter for the amenities offered by the property. 55 valet dollars per day is a bit steep.

C’est au cœur d’Honolulu, près de Chinatown, ce qui rend ça beaucoup plus facile si vous voulez visiter Iolani Palace et Chinatown. Par contre, il y a beaucoup d’itinérance près de ce secteur. Finalement, lorsque nous sommes allés, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a été assez problématique de notre côté puisque nous devions regarder plusieurs informations concernant notre vol et tout mais ça a été rétabli dès le lendemain.

I liked the way it was beautifully renovated. I did not like the only restaurant which had only one really delicious entree, the TDL Burger and fries. The other choices were mediocre and very expensive. Also, no concierge to book sightseeing tours for you.

I had to fly to Oahu for same day surgery. Was told to be at the hospital by 8am but then my appointment got moved to 130pm. Needed a place to hang out. Went to the hotel to ask if ok to hang out in their lobby. The receptionist Nalu said I could check into my room-7 hours early. Unprecedented. Really appreciated the compassion and having a comfortable place to be. Thank you!

Perfect place for a short stay in Honolulu. Close from the airport. Convenient location to take a bus to Ala Moana Center and other fun places. The only downside was there were few dining options since it was located in the business area.

Clean convenient and really courteous staff. In the downtown area away from a lot of the hustle of the higher traffic tourists area. But quick ride to all things Honolulu and Waikiki. Great option for the budget conscious. If you have a care make plans for $55 a day parking. But again its convenient.

This property was renovated from an office building and it is beautiful. Very clean, smells good, the room was compact but spacey. Everything is new. It’s downtown and within walking distance of historical sites and restaurants. Highly recommend. Only downside is parking $45 for self and $55 for valet. It is downtown though. Still highly recommended. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I liked the spacious room. I did not like every other day of the room being cleaned. I did not like that there was no microwave.

The Hotel is located in the heart of Honolulu. This made it convenient for meetings. 10 minute walk to office.

Good restaurant and bar, lots of potential with remodeled layout. Rooms are small, but the shower is modern, with both handheld and rainfall head. What we didn’t like, and with prior Expedia bookings, is we’re first put into likely the worst room in the hotel (street side, next to exercise room. We asked to be moved, and given a 5th floor, for a 2 night stay.
