We enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s an old property, well maintained and very close to the beach and shopping centre, and the heart of Waikīkī. Rochelle and her team are very nice and welcoming.

Booked 2 nights for the price of 1 - nonrefundable. This was a good deal for us. Chekin and communication was great. Location is walking distance to beach. Bus to/from airport pretty much outside the hotel. Room was clean. Decor was outdated but comfortable.

For the price, we’d definitely stay here again. The room could have been cleaned better, there was food in the sink strainer when we arrived and the walls had some marks that we removed ourselves. We had a nice view and a really short walk to the beach. The pool was a nice surprise since the listing still has it listed as closed for refurbishment.

We really enjoyed our stay! Overall, the room was magnificent, featuring an excellent, fully equipped kitchen and a great view from the window. ​That said, the cleaning and maintenance could have been a bit more thorough. There was some leftover tape and stickers on the wall, a bit of dust hanging from an electrical outlet, and the towel rack was loose. The shower head was also not very convenient—honestly, you can get a much better one at Costco for $30. ​Despite these minor details, it was a wonderful experience overall, and we had a great stay.

The play and pool area were nice and clean. The room was out dated but decent for the price. The worst part is the elevators I spent more than a half hour waiting to get on one always full. When checking out the time was 10am however the cleaning people are knocking at door at 930 asking if we are done and then sitting outside door waiting.

The maintenance came in to fix the towel rack and then to do bug spray, not on the same day. Our last day the water for the entire tower was turned off at 8am so we had to shower earlier than expected before check out. Other than that we were on the 19th floor with an amazing view of the mountains and diamond head

Great location close to the beach and restaurants and shops in Waikiki. Clean large room with kitchen and dining table. Newly Renovated swimming pool and sport court with barbecue area. Rochelle the rental agent was friendly and helpful in assisting us with our needs. Furniture is dated but in decent condition. Parking was convenient and inexpensive for the area. Highly recommended.

We were so happy with this resort. Beautiful koi pond in front. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants on Kalākaua Ave and Kūhiō Ave. Our one bedroom unit was spacious and was exactly what we were looking for to ensure a comfortable 11 day trip. Thank you to the staff for making our check-in on a Sunday super easy. Highly recommend!

This place is in an ideal location, with everything within walking distance. The only downside was that the pool area was under renovation, which we were hoping to use, but it wasn’t mentioned on the listing. Despite this, we’ll definitely be back. The room was super clean.
