"Exceeded our expectations with respect to cleanliness and overall service. We've never stayed in a cleaner room at any hotel, ever (we are a shoes off in the room kind of family, so we noticed!). Housekeeping was exceptional. The room itself had a great layout, view was fantastic, amenities were so nice. We did a Club room and utilized the breakfast overlooking the ocean every morning which was lovely. Went to the afternoon one once, got a drink and some apps - was very crowded. The pool is not for small kids, it gets deep fast and most of the pool is deep water. We didn't use it at all. Nowhere to do laundry nearby and the in-resort option is SO EXPENSIVE. Keep that in mind! "

"No resort fee which is very rare in Waikiki. Microwave in the room was excellent for warming up meals and coffee. 10 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping, fabulous and 20.minute walk along the beach through Hilton Hawaii village to central Waikiki. A new Market place with supermarket ( ABC) only 200 metres away, Ihop, 3 doors away, truly a fabulous stay for the price. It's 5 minutes from Hilton Hawaiian village and the beautiful beach. Wonderful staff and happy to return. I wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"We stayed as a family with children 3 & 12. Enjoyed every day, room service was great, the room with a kitchen is very convenient due to the large fridge. We had room with view on the city - still great - 23rd floor. At night, not too loud. AC was working great, 5 elevators are sufficient for the property. Area around is very attractive with lots of options for swimming, dining, shopping and walking. Complementary ice cream and parties on Fridays are joy for kids"
