"Overall, a good experience. The location and views are amazing. Some areas could use better upkeep, especially the dirty/worn carpets in the elevators. For a hotel this large and at this price point, I’d expect better maintenance. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming either. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the beautiful views and great location."

"The property has so many rooms during busy times like breakfast the elevators gets crowded and having 42 floors you have to wait long times. The pool is so little for so many people so we were never able to use it. Small parking again for so many people it cost 52 dollars and is first come first served. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices, service was amazing"
