"The highlight of our stay was being upgraded to the Executive Suite at check-in, but it was all downhill from there.
Once in the room, we realised it hadn’t been cleaned in a while - hairs in the drawers, extremely dusty and some unidentified stains on the lamp shade. We requested the sofa bed be made up but when we got back to the room at midnight it hadn’t been. A member of staff came quickly to make the bed once we called guest services, however, he merely pulled out the mattress and went...
