We also booked a pool side room , but instead received a room up a flight of steps, no elevator. Expedia also stated that there was a bar on site, but that is not correct. "The casitas and lobby staff are terrific. The hotel is such a nice special space that they made feel secluded even though it’s on the main road. Almost everyone who works there is lovely. The room was always cleaned wonderfully and the amenities by the pool are great. I would never stay anywhere else in Aruba again. "
