"Food, staff and vibe was amazing however i was not paticularly impressed with the accommodation. A bit tired and stuffy"

"Wonderfully comfortable garden rooms. Staff were very helpful. Food was excellent. Will definitely return 🙂"

"Great experience and the food was superb"

"A typical English country pub with a friendly aura, professional staff, spotlessly clean and a good array of beers. We stayed one night, the room was on the smaller size but well equipped. Being a pub bed and breakfast you have to accept noise to eleven but thereafter it was so peaceful until morning chorus. The full English breakfast was delicious and the fish and chips the previous night was also of a high standard. Recommendable."

"Beautiful country pub type hotel. Quaintand very tastefully presented. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. If i have any negative it is minor. The windows were not double glazed and neded a bit of paint. Otherwise excellent"

"What an amazing place, traveled with our dogs, completely dog friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was great size and lovely and comfortable with everything you needed, breakfast was great Would highly recommend"

"We stayed here one night as my niece was getting married and having her wedding venue just down the road in the village Hall. The room was lovely, very clean and every thing you would need, to a very high standard. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that."

"A lovely cosy Pub , Hidden away just of the main road. Good food, Staff very attentative, A good atmosphere. Will be staying there again next year for the Retro festival weekend."

"The location was excellent; however, the discerning differential was the outstanding staff. Damien, Reuben and Andrew manned the restaurant extremely well and attended to my every need. The housekeeping staff were also polite and extremely attentive, Lastly, the breakfast chef was excellent."
