"Excellent room,very clean and warm plus the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of foods,cereals etc!"

"Property is obviously the grandest in Buxton and a great looking building and ideally placed in the centre of town. Shared areas in the hotel are fine, but the bedroom was an all too common story of ageing English hotels, with a cheap attempt at a refresh but ultimately poorly maintained and not really living up to the expectations of the price and the rest of the hotel surroundings. Some staff helpful but only the 4th member was actually able to find an extra pillow after the previous 3 saying there were none available."
