"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be...

"Went there as a solo female traveler. Room was ok however beds are close to each other no space to get into. Bathroom is so small with no windows and water would flood the floor when showering. Staff are not friendly either attentive they are so rude. Whenever I needed a new tower they would ask me to bring my dirty towels down and take a new one. I stayed at the 3rd floor with no lifts and they didn’t help me with my luggage when checking out so I had to carry it on my own. The good thing is...

Alles was wel vers. Hotel heeft veel Indiërs als toerist. Personeel was vriendelijk maar nodigde niet uit voor een gezellige praatje, ze warenwel behulpzaam.
