"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be...

"Kleines Hotel in einer super Lage nicht so weit vom Strand, Bangla Road usw. Personal sehr freundlich... Obwohl es ausgebucht war, war es überhaupt nicht laut oder so, man konnte wirklich gut ausschlafen. Die Putzfrau hat auch immer alles super sauber gemacht...Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer, da hat mir ein Balkon gefehlt, aber ansonsten war alles super..."

"Stayed here for 2nights. Had a good stay however was disappointed when they couldn’t extend my check out as I had an evening flight and they said there was no availability instead they let me use their facilities and kept my luggage at reception . The staff are friendly and attentive . I Had one problem in my room where the air conditioning was leaking and staff were quick to respond and fixed it immediately. Located in the center. Breakfast was the same for the 2nights I stayed. "

"Fantastiskt boende. Barnen fick eget rum. Dubbla ac. Underbar utsikt mot havet. Bra fräsch pool med djup del. Det är en bit ner till staden och stranden, men var ett perfekt boende för oss. Det bästa under vår resa summerar jag det som."
