"I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get...

"My husband and I stayed at this establishment on March 28 &29, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel's location, conveniently situated off a major highway, was remarkably peaceful, with no noticeable noise from the highway. "The property is under renovation no warning of this online when booking also the fire pit was not available which was one of the main reasons to sit by the fire and we were unable to do so! My room door was right infront on renovation spot really not acceptable. there was no fresh breakfast was more of pastry and fruit"

"I have stayed here before and I like it. The staff is always friendly. The only issue i have is that their breakfast (or menu in general) offers no options for people like me with food allergies (i.e. gluten, dairy and soy). So all I can enjoy is black coffee in the morning. And if I arrive late, again there aren't even any snacks I can eat. It's unfortunate, but so common in the industry."
