"Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random"

"I stayed at this hotel for 7nights 8days as we are Diamond Plus Members. I did not book through IGH and immediately regretted not doing so. The pool was not open all week. I could not get my room cleaned or fresh towels unless I threw them outside of my door and even then i had to request new towels or fresh garbage bags to be put in. The sink was clogged but the gentleman fixed it immediately. Problem is, he left the black gunk all over the sink and floor. No one came to clean that up. The...

"Housekeeping was only e dry two weeks. If you wanted clean sheets, towels, wash cloths you had to bring soiled items to front desk and exchange for clean, bring them to your room and install them yourself. The bed was a second hand bed and completely uncomfortable. When I cancelled 5 nights of my 8 night reservation, they wouldn’t refund any money. I have since filed a complaint with my credit card company."

"I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. "There was no housekeeping services. They had covered parking. There was trash in the hallways. Breakfast was offered between 6 and 10 AM but if you came after 8:45 AM, the pancakes were hard, the eggs were stuck to the bottom of the pan, sausage was dried out, the yogurt was non existent and decaf coffee was not available."
