"There are two Irish Pubs on the treet.you walk.down to the Metro station. There.is also a Germam place next to one of the Irish Pubs. I had a dinner at both places and the meals we're excellent. Except in the bathrooms, reception, and the cellar where breakfast is served, all of the rooms and hallways have the wooden plank subfloor showing. "The Grand is prestigious. However, I feel that it is overrated and overpriced. I didn’t have breakfast included which was surprising as one would have expected that considering the cost of stay.
I did, however have a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast which was disappointing as the eggs were presented runny and cold. This joy was charged at SEK 350, which I thought was rather pricey.
