"The room itself was spacious and clean. The pub was great loads of drink selection and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Our only negative was weather related. The fan in the room didn't help with the heat at all. We had to keep the window open to try and cool the room. On the Saturday it was fine, however on the Friday the noise went on until around 1am from the pub garden. If it wasn't so abnormally hot we could have closed the window and there would have been no bother. We...

"I enjoyed my stay. The Hotel was close to town, so was able to walk there. Breakfast was okay, the bar area and lunch were very good."

We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! "We stayed up on the first floor. Lovely old building with creaky stairs. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Bit of an issue with the water pipes which were very noisy (sounded like air in pipes). Had fans in rooms which were needed. Great choices for a cooked breakfast, which was cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
