"Ive had a lot of bad experiences before and never left a review on anything until now. Stayed here two times before and it was great. The last time was horrible. I was locked out of the room multiple times. The door ended up dying twice on two different nights. It ended up being 6 total trips back to the lobby. The room was horrible. Dirty floors, the fridge/freezer kept freezing everything. One electrical outlet not even close to the bed that was available to plug stuff into. Random people beating on the door all through the night. On checkout day I asked about some type of refund and was told “we’re sorry, we will email you” it’s been 5 days and haven’t received anything. All around, it was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend staying here to anyone. "

"The amenities that were provided MADE the trip. If it were not for the indoor/outdoor pool, the burger joint connected and the beach right there, I would have left. The rooms were outdated and not as advertised. It also had a terrible smell that the only solution they gave me was a spray to cover it up. Very ick but my child was happy and had a great time."
