"This place did not have internet of the 3 days we stayed. "

"One pool area I could barely breathe from the chlorine smell other then that room was nice bed were really comfortable "

"Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, had to clean it myself and the floors were clearly not swept. Had an issue with someone banging on our door and yelling then running off, this happened several times and nothing was done about it. The front desk said they would check on it but don't think anything was done because it happened again after that. The hallway and entrance smelled like weed the entire time we were there. And it is a nightmare trying to get into the parking area just to check...

"Our room was excellent, better than expected. Clean, up to date. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to the gym twice. It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. Should alternate treadmills and elliptical for the view of the ocean.lol. Outdoor pools, hot tubs and beach access were all awesome! Wish the weather was better for our stay! "

"Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it"

"Love staying in the tower... but the Jamican is old and many things don't work - Shower was week. Door had to be slammed to close. no hairdryer in the room, etc..."

"We had to ask twice to have the room cleaned with a 4 nights reservation. Why the room cannot been cleaned if you have dogs ?"

"Everything was great except the valet was a little backed up. They did a good job of keeping cars moving and getting people checked in. "

"Great location, beautiful views, and very nice staff. The rooms were outdated and a bit grimy. Large stains on the furniture thruout the rooms, uncomfortable beds, seemed like the rugs haven’t been washed in a very long time. Grimy countertops and side tables. If they gave this hotel a deep clean and made some basic room upgrades, it could be a 10+."

"Ocean view, mere steps from the beach, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. What more do you need? The hotel staff was great & you can't beat the rates. Would definitely stay again. "
