"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. "Checking in was VERY slow and the guy at the front desk had an attitude about something. The tv in our room didnt work and neither did the phone or the bathroom door. Having said that, the location was very convenient and we really enjoyed the lazy river and outdoor bar. Parking near the hotel was always full so we had to park several blocks away and I didn’t like that much"

"Where to start about our stay. Well initially we booked a room for a hotel room and we're given no details about the property. We arrived just before midnight and were told that the hotel is 3 seperate buildings and that our building was 3 buildings down separated by 3 individual houses. We were put in a motel that was pretty rundown and not the main best western building as shown on the pictures through Expedia. "Property is beautifully maintained and plenty of staff to assist with everything needed. Prices were reasonable at “ market” on site. Room is gorgeous! Wonderful beach view off balcony. Pool was beautiful and water was warm!!! We will definitely stay again!"

"For the price this place was not worth it. Very old hotel. The bathroom needed work, specifically the tub. There was a big stain on the ceiling in the room. In the breakfast common area the seats were falling apart. All in all this place was raggedy. Don't waste your money. "

"I was on the 2nd floor and It was a nice quiet hotel. I dint hear people yelling or running up and down the halls. Theres a pond out front you can feed the turtles. They swim up to you looking for food."
