"The room was never vacuumed or cleaned, garbage was not collected, towels were not provided… we had to ask concierge. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was corrected. We stayed at this hotel chain before and didn’t experience such issues; bad service ever."

"If you arrive and do an early check in pack swimwear. Even checking in early you are not guaranteed to get a room before 4pm. They do have a pool and you are just steps from the beach along with other activities around the area."

"The staff we encountered were all really nice, but be aware, they do not clean your room at all. We were there for 8 days and all they would do is change out some towels. One of the times, a pillow case (not ours) appeared on the bathroom floor when we came back. I had to ask housekeeping to remove it when they came to give us new towels.
